I don't think I have ever seen veins pop on a guy's physique the way they do on this man, Hungarian bodybuilder Johnny Lantos. "Freaky" is too soft a description. His vascularity is simultaneously fascinating and grotesque. Sort of like watching a plane crash in slow motion.
