Ray Harryhausen, the effects wizard who assisted Willis O'Brien on the original King Kong and made a vivid mythical world for Harry Hamlin to play in in the original Clash of The Titans turns 90 on Tuesday.
A free exhibit of the man's work runs through the August 22nd at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles. Just in case you are anywhere near there.
